Head of Channel Partnerships
60- 70k (subject to experience)
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Channel Partner Manager or Director to build and execute our channel partner strategy for Redflags®. You’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing a network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and Implement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with our business objectives and go-to-market plans.
- Recruit and Enable Partners: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners across various markets and verticals. Develop and execute enablement programs, including training, certification, sales tools, and marketing resources.
- Manage Partner Lifecycle: Oversee the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to driving revenue performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences and align channel initiatives.
- Motivate and Reward: Establish partner tiers, incentive programs, and co-marketing funds to motivate and reward partner performance.
- Measure Success: Set and track metrics to measure the success of our channel program and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Build the Team: Grow our Partner Channel team by hiring and developing team members to support the success of our program.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with partner capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Be an Advocate: Passionately promote Redflags® and ThinkCyber’s partner-centric culture.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience building and managing successful channel partner programs, preferably in cybersecurity or a SaaS start-up environment.
- You’re a natural at recruiting and enabling a high-performing channel partner ecosystem.
- You understand partner business models and value propositions inside and out.
- You’re great at communication, negotiation, and building strong relationships.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build new initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with ease.
- You’re tech-savvy and proficient with partner management tools/platforms and CRM systems.
- You’re willing to travel as needed to partner events and meetings.

Account Director
75-80k (subject to experience)
Role Overview:
The Enterprise Sales Account Director is pivotal in ThinkCyber, responsible for driving sales and managing high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing enterprise-level contracts in excess of £100,000 p.a. Experience of operating in, and a strong understanding of, the cybersecurity landscape is key. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that align with their security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for high-value accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Solution Selling: Leverage in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity SaaS offerings to provide custom solutions that address clients’ specific security concerns.
- Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals that range in value from £100,000 and above.
- Channel Sales: Experience working with Channel Partners to procure large contracts.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and to facilitate successful product implementation.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in selling SaaS solutions of a similar contract value and level of complexity with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Industry experience: Has a demonstrable track record of selling cybersecurity products of a similar contract value.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic sales plans and understand the broader market landscape.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting and explaining complex technical solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating high-value contracts and building consensus among various stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, with a commitment to understanding and meeting clients’ needs.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and SaaS platforms.

Roles will offer the chance to grow with the company in the form of development opportunities (knowledge and experience) working alongside experienced staff. As well as building a grounding in the high-growth cyber market. They will also offer vesting equity and pension. We run a virtual office but meet regularly in and around London.
