Channel Partner Manager
60- 70k (subject to experience)
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Channel Partner Manager or Director to build and execute our channel partner strategy for Redflags®. You’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing a network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and Implement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with our business objectives and go-to-market plans.
- Recruit and Enable Partners: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners across various markets and verticals. Develop and execute enablement programs, including training, certification, sales tools, and marketing resources.
- Manage Partner Lifecycle: Oversee the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to driving revenue performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences and align channel initiatives.
- Motivate and Reward: Establish partner tiers, incentive programs, and co-marketing funds to motivate and reward partner performance.
- Measure Success: Set and track metrics to measure the success of our channel program and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Build the Team: Grow our Partner Channel team by hiring and developing team members to support the success of our program.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with partner capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Be an Advocate: Passionately promote Redflags® and ThinkCyber’s partner-centric culture.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience building and managing successful channel partner programs, preferably in cybersecurity or a SaaS start-up environment.
- You’re a natural at recruiting and enabling a high-performing channel partner ecosystem.
- You understand partner business models and value propositions inside and out.
- You’re great at communication, negotiation, and building strong relationships.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build new initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with ease.
- You’re tech-savvy and proficient with partner management tools/platforms and CRM systems.
- You’re willing to travel as needed to partner events and meetings.

Marketing Director

ThinkCyber Security is an exciting cyber security start-up shaking up the world of security awareness training solutions with their award-winning, behavioural science-based approach.
As the company rapidly scales, accelerated by its recent Series A fundraise, the time is right for a Marketing Director to join and lead our growing marketing team.
What will you be doing?
As Marketing Director you will have full ownership of the Marketing objectives and deliverables, working with the rest of the Exec team to set direction and ensure the company is meeting its ambitious growth targets. The main priority of your role will be to drive lead generation efforts through coordinating content marketing, events and effective activity measurement.
As the Marketing advocate on the management team, championing both the team and the work they do, being a clear communicator is a must. You’ll need to not only articulate ThinkCyber’s brand across all marketing motions but also work with our small and dynamic team to ensure projects delivery.
As a company in scale-up mode having an aptitude for trying out different approaches, measuring their success and pivoting accordingly is a must. You should be comfortable encouraging this “experimental” mindset across the team, using an analytical approach to make data-driven decisions.
Strategic responsibilities
- Design and Implement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and go-to-market plans, ensuring an integrated approach that includes lead generation and conversion as key components.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract and nurture leads through our sales funnel. Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with business goals and optimise lead scoring and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates.
- Brand Management: Ensure our brand messaging is consistent and resonates across all channels, identifying opportunities to enhance our brand’s market presence and positioning. Focus on leveraging brand strength to attract potential leads.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and strategies that can enhance our marketing efforts.
Operational Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at achieving a balance of brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This will involve working with our PR agency.
- Content Creation: Manage the creation of compelling content that aligns with our marketing strategy and speaks to our audience.
- Digital Funnel: Lead the work with our Digital agency to build on existing SEO and PPC strategies to improve our online visibility and attract organic leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Help design and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics. Regularly analyse data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimise overall marketing efforts, including lead generation.
Leadership and management responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. You’ll set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support the team’s professional growth.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources across all marketing activities. You’ll track and report on marketing spend and return on investment
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with industry partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance our overall marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams, like product development and customer service, to align our marketing initiatives with company goals, ensuring a unified approach to generating and nurturing leads.
Who you are:
- You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You’ve got proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally in cybersecurity.
- A history of delivering impactful lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- You’re proficient in marketing software and tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- You’ve got excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a history of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to prioritise across projects and requests to match the resources available and the results needed.
Data Lead
80-90k (dependant on experience)
We are seeking an outstanding data engineer who will bring leadership and expertise to the way we exploit data collected by our award-winning security awareness product. We’re looking for an experienced data practitioner who’s as comfortable implementing data insights in an operational web application as they are setting the overall direction of how we collect and use data within our product to maximise value for our customers.
You will report directly to our CTO, as a senior member of our development team. You will be expected to mentor and line manage junior members of staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data strategy – providing leadership on our overall data strategy and roadmap.
- Data development – implementing data insights improvements in our production web application, either directly coded or via appropriate cloud service integrations.
- Data science – analyse and draw meaningful insights from data collected by our product.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong data engineering background.
- Strong experience developing stable/production data analysis pipelines to deliver value to customers.
- Experience with AWS Big Data services.
- Definition of data strategies and roadmaps.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading data engineering / insights teams.
- Comfortable with data science tools and techniques to explore and understand collected data.
- Experience recruiting / building a data team.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
