Customer Success Specialist
30- 35k (subject to experience)
What you’ll do: Describe what the candidate will be doing in the day to day of this role:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support ThinkCyber’s growing customer base. This role will focus on making sure that our customers are getting top quality support with their experience of our Redflags security awareness product. This will include managing their content schedules, resolving queries and working with our Content Operations team to ensure delivery of their requested Redflags content. You’ll report into our Customer Success Manager.
- As a Redflags product expert, you’ll support them in ascertaining the best way to use Redflags for their requirements.
- You’ll be a dedicated point of contact for our customers, answering queries in a timely fashion.
- Supporting any ad hoc queries customers may have.
- Conducting regular check-in meetings with your customers.
- Creation and maintenance of customers’ content schedules.
- Working with our Content Operations team to ensure their requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Capturing any bespoke requirements from customers and passing along to the relevant internal ThinkCyber teams.
- Monitoring successful deployments of customer content on Redflags.
- Communicating any relevant news or new Redflags features when required.
- Managing your own workload using our time management tooling.
- Updating our internal tracking documents around Customer Accounts.

Channel Partner Manager
60- 70k (subject to experience)
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Channel Partner Manager or Director to build and execute our channel partner strategy for Redflags®. You’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing a network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and Implement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with our business objectives and go-to-market plans.
- Recruit and Enable Partners: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel partners across various markets and verticals. Develop and execute enablement programs, including training, certification, sales tools, and marketing resources.
- Manage Partner Lifecycle: Oversee the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to driving revenue performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences and align channel initiatives.
- Motivate and Reward: Establish partner tiers, incentive programs, and co-marketing funds to motivate and reward partner performance.
- Measure Success: Set and track metrics to measure the success of our channel program and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Build the Team: Grow our Partner Channel team by hiring and developing team members to support the success of our program.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with partner capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Be an Advocate: Passionately promote Redflags® and ThinkCyber’s partner-centric culture.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience building and managing successful channel partner programs, preferably in cybersecurity or a SaaS start-up environment.
- You’re a natural at recruiting and enabling a high-performing channel partner ecosystem.
- You understand partner business models and value propositions inside and out.
- You’re great at communication, negotiation, and building strong relationships.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build new initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with ease.
- You’re tech-savvy and proficient with partner management tools/platforms and CRM systems.
- You’re willing to travel as needed to partner events and meetings.

Data Lead
80-90k (dependant on experience)
We are seeking an outstanding data engineer who will bring leadership and expertise to the way we exploit data collected by our award-winning security awareness product. We’re looking for an experienced data practitioner who’s as comfortable implementing data insights in an operational web application as they are setting the overall direction of how we collect and use data within our product to maximise value for our customers.
You will report directly to our CTO, as a senior member of our development team. You will be expected to mentor and line manage junior members of staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data strategy – providing leadership on our overall data strategy and roadmap.
- Data development – implementing data insights improvements in our production web application, either directly coded or via appropriate cloud service integrations.
- Data science – analyse and draw meaningful insights from data collected by our product.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong data engineering background.
- Strong experience developing stable/production data analysis pipelines to deliver value to customers.
- Experience with AWS Big Data services.
- Definition of data strategies and roadmaps.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading data engineering / insights teams.
- Comfortable with data science tools and techniques to explore and understand collected data.
- Experience recruiting / building a data team.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
